Victoria Vinokur: With over18 years of experience managing and developing ADHC programs and other healthcare facilities and programs nationwide. Founder of Rainbow ADHC centers in Maryland. Responsible for ensuring that the needs of the participants are met and centers are in compliance with state and federal regulations. Overseeing marketing strategy and community outreach initiatives in an effort to ensure that all centers are actively involved in the community and increase participant base.
